How do you help set up Up2Rent?

We can upload existing units to our system if we are provided with a CSV file. Bye, hours of encoding!

Our staff is available to get our users started on Up2Rent. We typically schedule two one-hour calls in your first weeks and remain available as necessary.

 This all comes at no extra cost.

Can several co-owners of the same property use the same subscription?

A subscription gives access to an unlimited number of seats. This is particularly practical in the case of joint ownership, for example.

How many seats and roles are included in the subscription?

There is an unlimited number of seats available in the subscription.

The manager can invite collaborators, create teams, and assign roles (with reading, writing, and deleting rights) to each collaborator. 

The owner, if different from the manager, has reading and writing rights.

The tenants access a dedicated interface.

Do tenants see Up2Rent’s logo and domain name?

Not necessarily: users can replace Up2Rent’s logo with their logo in all communications. 

Users can also choose to activate their domain name. If they don’t, emails from their account will come from “no-reply@up2rent.com”.

Are there templates available for communications (emails, SMS, WhatsApp, (registered) letters)?

Yes, templates are available. Users can personalize them and schedule their communications as relevant to them.

Do tenants have access to the platform?

The manager can grant access to the tenants’ user interface. There, they can find their contractual details, and the balance of their rent, download invoices and receipts, and visualize shared documents.

Is Up2Rent secure?

Yes: Up2Rent is hosted on AWS in Europe. To this end, our solution is equipped with the latest cybersecurity technologies for accessing and storing data. Up2Rent also implements established protocols to counter any potential threats to its interfaces.

Does Up2Rent integrate with other, existing tools and software?

Yes, Up2Rent integrates with your IT infrastructure, e.g. banking or accounting software at no additional cost.

What is the pricing structure like?

You pay a fixed amount per rental unit per month. There are no additional setup costs or service costs. We help you get started and remain available for any questions you may have.
